I have often been asking myself: “What in the building branch is the key solution which results into a successful building project and to a satisfied client?” It certainly is the professional know-how!

Our long-term experience in covering thousands of square meters of floor space with steel construction buildings for the European market has been successfully applied to all our activities in Conexx Group companies. Today, it makes us capable of solving even the most challenging projects presented to us.

The know-how is also a precondition of successful international trade. In addition to technical and operational knowledge, it is important to adapt your product to extra requirements set by the legislation of each county, the different climate conditions, and even cultural differences – all these need to be taken into consideration.

From plan

At the beginning of any project there is a plan. The start is an extremely important phase in the project and we´d like to take part in it right from the start. The close co-operation at this stage will be gained back by avoiding unnecessary stumbling blocks in the building project.

After signing the order, the project will be handed over to our planning team. Our team divides the project in parts whereas each part is lead by its own specialist. The process starts with our architect team followed by manufacturing, logistics and building installation team. A carefully planned project is a half-finished project!

A well-running projects is a result of a fine-tuned logistics and labour plan. They have to match each other perfectly.
The different phases of the construction work require right materials. Failure or delay in these material supplies always causes extra costs. A good pre-planning of the construction process saves time and labour costs, which benefits both the investor and the contractor.

Our building teams consists of experienced and motivated professionals. Conexx project leaders visit the building sites regularly making reports, checking the schedules and making necessary changes in working methods and in delivery schedules.
