Foundation

The building will be founded either on a feetplate with a concrete column or on a so- called deep feetplate. The concrete spot footing is made from reinforced concrete with the anchors necessary to fasten the steel construction. The cost of this foundation type is lower because of smaller amount of wet concrete and a smaller number of labour hours compared to the traditional line foundation.
In case of a contract installation beyond the contract is the ground works (removal of earth and placing the carrying layer) and the soil research for foundation.
