STARTING SITUATION

Agreement of installation works can be done in two ways:
1. A pure labour contract where all accommodation and equipment cost lays on investor
2. Turn-key base when all expences incl. accommodation and equipment lays on contractor

Trafic on building site

In both ways of montage contract the investor has to take care that to the building site and around it has been organized decent roads and unloading areas for material trucks. The lifting equipment are using the same roads when moving the building materials to the mounting places concerned.
Inside the building has to be organized good roads to move with lifting vehicles.

Building site needs good basic crane The size of a crane depends of the size of the building and of the needed reaching distances. a) big crane b) big telescope lift (4-5tn, 12m reach)
		Concrete element weighs 3,3 -3,5tn. When mounting the betong elements with a telescope lift pay attention that the carrying capasity of the lift will be sufficient. If the working order is that the roof will be installed before the betong elements the use of a telescope lift is a must.
	Other lifts on building site Highworkers will be needed minimum 1 pcs. The demand of the second highworker depends of the other lifts used in the building site.

A truck equipped with a so called Hiab-crane is a handy tool when mounting the steel construction in a case that you are able to drive inside the hall and it has a reasonable hour charge. The mounting of the steel construction takes 3-6 days depending the hall size concerned.
Mounting works of the roofconstruction (steel and purlins) requires a second high worker. The second high worker can also be a telescope lift equipped with a person cage.
